Check back here in the spring to find a river cleanup post near you. River cleanup posts can be started with a boat, lifejackets, a few bags, and boating safety, so if there isn't a river cleanup center or outpost near you, start your own!

...Meanwhile if you need instructions on how to pick up trash you are part of the problem! Get a bag and get away from your television. That's right, I said step away from the TV (and the computer!). Go outside, and find some trash, and then put it in your bag. If necessary get a new bag. Repeat until fufilled. You can do it!! Now the trick is leaving the TV off....

...And remember, a sense of humor is at all times necessary. If we lose that critical part of our humanity we are then truly lost in a sea of sadness.
